1. Revamped contacts page

Last inbound column
Date and time of last message from customer.
Labels column
Labels attached on chats associated with the contact.
Labels filter
Filter contacts with specific labels ‘Labels’ attached on linked chats.
Columns filtering
Show or hide contact table columns.
Sorting
All columns now have sort capability.
2. In-Store review collection
Send store specific review requests over WhatsApp or SMS to customers directly.

3. Export contacts
Option to export contacts in bulk. Latest 100 to 1000 contacts can be downloaded. There is a limit of one download per hour for security reasons.

4. New contacts only user roles - Contact Admin, Contact Analyst, Review Agent

Handing bot collected leads over to call centre executives generally involves a middle person downloading leads periodically and distributing these leads among call centre executives. This results in undesirably high first engagement delay over call. To solve this issue, we have introduced, 2 new user roles - Contact Analyst, Contact Admin.
Contact Analyst
Has access to contacts page only. All contacts page functionalities excluding bulk export of contact database.
Contact Admin
Has access to contacts page only. All contacts page functionalities including bulk export of contact database.
Both user roles can be added to existing organisations at a fraction of regular additional user cost(***).

5. New review collection user roles - Review Agent
User who has access to reviews page only. This is intended for onboarding sales advisors, service advisors, front desk employees of each of your outlets for the purpose of collecting reviews at outlets.
This user role can be added to existing organisations at a fraction of regular additional user cost(***).
